I built this engine because I needed it.

I am David Jubé, an operator builder. Since 2023 I have run The Gourmet Host, a live mobile app and content platform for home entertaining, and built TDM Corp's Content Program.

I have shipped iOS and Android apps, grown organic search, and built a 30 contributor distributed operation on an elastic fractional model. Product, growth, partnerships and brand under one roof, which is exactly the perspective I bring to the founders I advise.

Built the hard way, since 2023.

Building The Gourmet Host meant solving search, content, channels and product under real operating pressure: unifying seven hosting workflows into one product, negotiating premium content rights, and standing up a fully distributed team with document standards, brief templates and an operating cadence.

The thesis came from practice. More than 150 dinner parties hosted with my wife Talia between 2022 and 2024 formed both the product idea and its research foundation.
